| Opportunity: General Volunteer or Specific group volunteers As a volunteer of Wolverhampton LGBT+ you will be passionate about the celebration of the LGBT+ community and about promoting equality and diversity. You will also have a keen interest in LGBT+ issues, with a desire to improve services for people living, working and visiting the City of Wolverhampton. As a volunteer you will have access to knowledge and expertise from a range of organisations all working towards a common goal. Duties include setting up for activities, serving drinks, making people feel welcome, starting conversations, tidying away after activities and attending pre-planned volunteer meetings and training when required. | |
| Requirements: Good organisation, responsible, welcoming and friendly, understanding of the LGBT+ community. | |

| Hours: 3 hours per month, mostly evenings and weekend s but as our activity schedule increases, more activities may need volunteer cover during weekdays. | |
