Opportunity: Community Events Co-ordinators
• Plan, organise and execute seasonal wellbeing events (eg winter gala, summer fun day)
• Develop timelines, schedules and checklists for smooth execution.
• Assign tasks and mange volunteer schedules.
• Ensure permits, risk assessments and insurance are secured.
• Collaborate with marketing for event promotion.
• Manage event registration processes.
• Engage with the community for feedback and incorporate it into planning.
• Nurture relationships with local business and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage event budgets.
• Source and co-manage sponsorships and donations.
• Collect feedback to evaluate success and provide detailed reports and recommendations for future events.
Requirements: Creativity, Ability to organise events from beginning to end, implement deadlines and meet individual and team goals. Lived experience with mental health or additional need is a positive asset to this role and the team. You will receive an induction and training.
Location: Primary Event Venue: Woodfield Social and Sports Club, Woodfield Avenue Penn, WV4 4AF
Office: 28 Cleveland Street Wolverhampton WV1 3HT
Hours: Flexible, events are mainly on weekends.

Volunteer Champions Team Leader
Opportunity: Volunteer Champions Team Leader
Our volunteer champion team leaders support local volunteer groups by leading a team of others that provide recruitment, induction and recognition support to wider volunteer groups and teams.
What can you expect to be doing, Recruiting the volunteer champions teams of volunteers. Allowing tasks and activities to other members of the volunteer champions team. Identifying ways to involve volunteers Providing support, encouragement and leadership. Promoting a culture of volunteering best practice. Encouraging volunteer feedback.
Requirements: Good written and verbal communication skills. The ability to use initiative, willingness to be part of a team. Good knowledge of IT Experience in managing people. The ability to delegate. Knowledge and experience of volunteering and volunteer management.
Location: Homebased , we are here to support cats and kittens in Wolverhampton covering postcodes .
Hours: Our volunteer champion team leaders usually spend 3 to 4 hours per week in this role, which is flexible.
