Opportunity: eBay Store Volunteer As an eBay Store Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to take part in all elements of eBay selling, including but not limited to researching and pricing items currently, taking photos and uploading listings to our eBay page. Writing clear and engaging items descriptions, responding to buyer enquiries, helping with packing and dispatching sold items on time and maintaining accurate records. Volunteers will also have the opportunity take part in certified training. Donation Centre Volunteer As a Donation Centre Volunteer, you would have the opportunity to play a key role in processing donations and ensuring stock is distributed effectively to our shops and eBay store. Some of the tasks would include Following guidelines on what donations can and cannot be accepted, signing up eligible donors for Gift Aid, sorting and categorising donated stock and ensuring the donation centre is kept clean, safe and well organised Volunteers will also have the opportunity take part in certified training.
Location: Wolverhampton Road East, Wolverhampton WV4 6AZ
Hours: Flexible , Monday-Fridays 9am-5pm

Till volunteer /Stock Processing volunteer

Opportunity: Till Volunteer Duties would include greeting customers, taking payments for purchase, issuing change and receipts. You will also accept any donations that are made to the charity and support with signing donators for Gift Aid Stock Processing Volunteer Sorting through donations and stock, deciding what stock is suitable for shop floor and what needs to be recycled. As well as helping prepare the stock ready for shop floor
Requirements: Till Volunteer, Be welcoming and friendly and be able to use a till. Stock Volunteer, Be a team player, happy to sort through donations, steaming and hanging them ready for tagging .

Opportunity: Shop Volunteer General shop duties, such as restocking items on the shop floor, tidying /cleaning up. Helping with customers queries, pricing up items, sorting through donations to see what can be sold in the shop and what needs to be sent elsewhere. Using the till to take sales.
